Depending on the specific needs of the customer, our technical office studies the most effective mechanical, electronic and chemical configuration to offer the best solution for the treatment of wire, strips or bars.
Once the monthly output requirement and the chemical-physical characteristics of the final product have been established (size of the wire, thickness of the coating and type of coating), a customized preliminary layout will be developed based on the mechanical characteristics of the system. The basic configuration options concern, for example, the choice of the unwinder (reel or basket), the operating speed, the number of tanks, etc.
