Through the remote assistance offer, which guarantees instant monitoring of the machine's operating parameters and evaluates a possible on-site intervention by our dedicated team. In fact, in each panel a device is installed which, in agreement with the customer, allows the Otomec technician to connect remotely directly to the PLC.
